Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for software development projects.
- Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications for the development team.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and sprint planning meetings during the night cycle.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to work the night shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
