Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, specifically within the night shift operational context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and system requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired business outcomes to recommend solutions.
- Develop detailed process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation to guide development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the testing and implementation phases, ensuring user acceptance testing (UAT) is executed flawlessly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for candidates with night shift experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts as required by the business.
