Job Summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure that our night operations run efficiently and that data integrity is maintained across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and workflow to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Mandatory: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
