Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering for night shift operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements and technical specifications.
- Design and implement data models and reports using SQL and Power BI to drive decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience working in a night shift or rotating shift environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development life cycles (SDLC).
