We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our operations team in Fresno, CA. In this night shift role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our business processes and ensuring data integrity during peak operational hours.
As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, providing actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering with stakeholders to define business objectives and technical specifications.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain clear, professional reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Perform gap analysis and validate system functionality against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a data analysis role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule.
