Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope projects, and document functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization, translating data into actionable insights.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation including user stories, process maps (BPMN), wireframes, and system requirements specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring a mutual understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Testing & QA Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions, conduct UAT, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced/Power Query), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
