Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Document detailed functional requirements and create User Stories for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and proposed business solutions.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
- Proven experience working successfully in a night shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
