Responsibilities
- Perform detailed requirements gathering and documentation to support system implementation and upgrades.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and data models to improve business workflows.
- Collaborate with IT developers and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Analyze data trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT sessions and manage user feedback loops to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices during all phases of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
