In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our systems function optimally during off-hours. You will drive process improvements and provide critical data insights that support our 24/7 operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, report on KPIs, and recommend process optimizations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation including BRDs, Functional Specifications, and Process Flowcharts.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between technical developers and business units, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and implement best practices to increase efficiency during night operations.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate system functionality against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Shift Requirements: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
