Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze night shift operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks occurring during late-night hours.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, data models, and flowcharts to support system improvements.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and support the implementation of new software tools.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with night shift operations managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a high-volume or 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM β 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM β 7:00 AM).
