Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements and process improvements.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the development team, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-heavy or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel) is highly preferred.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the assigned night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
