Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and processes.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Documentation: Write clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation for the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units and the IT department to ensure project goals are met.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure software solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
