Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Process Improvement: Design and document business process models (UML, BPMN) and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and system documentation to guide development teams.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate solutions against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Work Schedule: Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
