Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and use cases.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or improvement.
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights, generating reports and dashboards that support strategic planning.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), process flows, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet defined business standards.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations on business strategy and product development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst (part-time or full-time) in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is highly preferred.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid work setting.
