Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for complex business processes and system implementations.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Analyze data trends and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making during off-hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including process flows, user stories, and UI mockups.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders during the night shift cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
