The Role:
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, modeling data, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making for our clients. This is a key role in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and system functionalities.
- Analyze complex business processes and develop process maps (UML, BPMN) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design and document detailed technical specifications for software development teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) during night operations to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with QA teams to create test cases and validate business logic.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data inquiries and reporting needs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project lifecycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively during the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
