Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including user stories and flowcharts.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for management.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead training sessions for end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and adapt to the fast-paced demands of a night shift environment.
