Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform root cause analysis on complex data anomalies and propose solutions to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from non-technical business units.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
