You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data systems are efficient, accurate, and scalable during critical off-peak hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to guide development teams.
- Monitor data quality and performance metrics during night operations to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document functional requirements and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users regarding new processes and system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift environment.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
