Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Create and deliver data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track business outcomes and identify improvement areas.
- Support system implementations and UAT testing for new analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Experience documenting requirements for complex enterprise systems.
