Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including business process models (BPM) and use cases.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and nightly operational reports.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency during off-peak hours.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for new system implementations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and business health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Mandatory: Availability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
