Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and uncover process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication during the night shift.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team.
- Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks to ensure smooth night operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high attention to detail during night hours.
