Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams to define business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and target state solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of technical specifications.
- Document detailed process flows, use cases, and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, or UML tools.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes to ensure successful adoption and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Must be willing and able to work night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
