Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within our operational workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Create and maintain clear functional requirements documents (FRD), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Design and validate test scenarios and scripts to validate system functionality and data integrity.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables during the night shift to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology or service-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift (e.g., 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
