Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts to visualize system workflows.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and to perform quality assurance testing.
- Identify trends, analyze data, and create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel) and business intelligence concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
