- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Knowledge of healthcare or logistics industries preferred
