Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and data models
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track business performance
- Validate solutions against business objectives through testing and analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership using data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with data modeling tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in process modeling tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or financial services industries a plus
