Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and document detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align project objectives
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel for data visualization
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to streamline operations
- Support UAT testing and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Healthcare or fintech industry experience highly desirable
