Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and wireframes to guide development teams.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Excel to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met in the final product.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
