Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum projects.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Proven experience with SQL and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to translate technical jargon into business requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania.
