Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and UML diagrams to visualize system workflows.
- Documentation: Write detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Reporting: Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between non-technical and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
