Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications using Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and the software development team to ensure technical feasibility.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired future states.
- Create and present comprehensive reports and presentations to executive leadership to justify project decisions.
- Oversee the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase to ensure final products meet quality standards.
- Maintain the project backlog and prioritize tasks based on business value and urgency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Familiarity with process mapping standards (BPMN 2.0) and wireframing tools.
