What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to recommend solutions that align with business goals.
- Create comprehensive process maps, use cases, and wireframes to visualize system functionality.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather accurate and complete business requirements from stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze existing data processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
- Methodology: Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in Scrum frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
