Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical business units, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, use cases, and system specifications using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Confluence.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Reporting: Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
