Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process for complex software development projects.
- Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility of business requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to determine the difference between current state and desired future state.
- Facilitate effective communication between non-technical and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and system logic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is highly preferred.
