Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and comprehensive system documentation.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current operations and desired future states.
- Partner with technical teams (IT, Engineering) to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Perform data analysis and create compelling reports and dashboards to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead workshops and facilitate effective communication between non-technical business units and technical developers.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
