As a key member of our project delivery squad, you will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Jira and Visio.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Create detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and support the Quality Assurance process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution during the development and deployment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
