Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Data Modeling: Collaborate with data teams to translate business needs into logical data models and database structures.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Testing & QA Support: Assist in the testing phases (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and user expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience working in an Agile environment is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
