Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering interviews with business stakeholders to identify needs and document functional requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and develop process maps, use cases, and user stories to drive project scope.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system requirements specifications (SRS) and test plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between all project parties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
