Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and process workflows.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure solution feasibility.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process maps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate implemented solutions against business requirements to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
