Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within business processes.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart to visualize current and future state processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all business requirements, facilitating clear communication between non-technical and technical teams.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, test plans, and user stories in JIRA or Confluence.
- Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and propose data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
