Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements from various stakeholders.
- Design and maintain process flows, use cases, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions to gather requirements effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
