Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business workflows and efficiency.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to design test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Project Support: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in the execution of project plans to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
