Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Design and review process flows, wireframes, and data models to support system implementation.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Perform gap analyses to compare current state processes against desired future states.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
