Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Design and document comprehensive process flows, use cases, and system requirements using industry-standard modeling tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and functional specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
