Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps and workflow diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to track KPIs and project progress.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
