Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Design and maintain detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate comprehensive reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with diverse groups.
- Support the implementation of software solutions and ensure user adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
