Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and processes.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT development teams to ensure alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
