Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system features and functionality.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to drive strategic recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new software solutions.
- Maintain and update project documentation and data models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with requirement gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
