Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models and process flows to support business initiatives and reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions to optimize business operations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (IT) and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Reporting: Develop and present clear, data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Tools: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is highly preferred.
